    Hi there!

    I just set this up for a client and I’m wondering if I can put multiple clients on my account, or if I have to make each client have their own account. I’m hoping I can keep everything on my email, of course, because that allows me to keep track of everyone without needing my clients to check their email!

    So I guess I’m just asking if I can put several plans under my account…. thank you!

    Hi there @curiomuseum,

    Yes! You can certainly have multiple plans under a single account. If you will have a very large number of clients under the account then our Agency plan would be the best option. It can be used on up to 50 different websites at the same time, and would generally be cheaper than individual single-site license plans.

    A few things to keep in mind:

    • Only a single payment method can be saved on the account, so if you have plans for different clients, they would all be paid with that same method
    • Account pauses/suspensions are handled at the account level, so if you have a client that is getting a lot of spam complaints or hard bounces, then that could affect your whole account: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/327-mailpoet-sending-service-anti-spam-policy
