    Hello,

Using Gator Cache 2.0.9 and I’ve noticed it wasn’t clearing the post cache when I was doing a quick edit. Then I’ve looked in the code because it could be a bug and I found out that you do this on purpose if it’s an ajax request.

Is there any specific reason for this?

Great plugin, keep up the good work 🙂

    Cheers

When the theme is changed the cache is not cleared also. Would be good to have this too.

Sorry for the “spam”, one more suggestion: add widgets to the refresh cache options.
    Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. I think the Quick Edit may be because it’s not updating if the request is ajax, will take a look. The other two are good suggestions, would eliminate the extra step of purgin the cache.

Yes, I’ve looked into the code, if the request is Ajax the plugin doesn’t do anything, any reason for this?

Yes, the thinking was only revisions would run on ajax, did not consider quick updates, next version will fix this issue.

This has been fixed in the latest release today, 2.0.11, and will refresh the cache when quick edited.
