• I’m experiencing an issue with the Quick Edit option on my website. Despite deactivating all plugins and themes and switching to a WordPress default theme, the problem persists. I’ve also reached out to server support, who confirmed that there are no issues from their end. It seems that AJAX is being blocked by something. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue? I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Also check under Tools > Site Health whether any anomalies are reported there.

Deactivate all plugins as a test. Does it work then? If so, one of the plugins was to blame.

If it doesn’t work without plugins, the theme may also be to blame. Change it to a standard theme like TwentyTwentyFour and see if it works then.

    And the first question?

Also: is your WordPress really running under /blog/?
And: is there anything about the access in the server log? Can you use other functions normally, i.e. editing posts, images, etc.?

Is there anything about the problem in the access log on the server? Perhaps also in the error log? Your hoster’s support can help you find it.
