Quick editing a page doesn't work

Hello and thanks for offering this forum.
It took me of course well 25 minutes of research to find this location where I can start o post a question! This was pretty discouraging to seek help here, There is no hint in the Welcome page on where to click to start to ask a question.!!!!!!!!!!
Now my question, I would be glad to get some advice:

The Quick editing a page doesn’t work.
I am trying to uncheck the “Allow Comments”, but I get the message:
“Are you sure you want to do this?Please try again.” and nothing happens.
This is the site:
http://www.featherandthought.com/blueshorevancouver/ which is not yet published under any domain name.
I am using Firefox but other browsers are producing the same issue.
I have followed the advice given here here

and followed this: Step 2: Enable SCRIPT_DEBUG

You need to turn on script debugging. Open wp-config.php and add the following line before “That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging”.

define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);

Got no results.
The Developer Console gives me this information:
KL.CB onLoadDocument exc: TypeError: plugin.approveProductInfoInjection is not a function tracer.js:22
which really means nothing to me.

Could anyone help to resolve the problem please?
