"Quick Links" Dropdown

I am not sure I understand what you are asking for. Instead of an unordered list or table view, you would like to be able to display links as a drop-down list of items, perhaps with a Go button next to the list so that you could choose a destination and visit the link by pressing Go?

What type of links would you like to see in this list? Links of pages on your site?

I am trying to fully understand the use case before seeing about adding support for this functionality.
