Quick Newbie Help

Hi,
I just had to change the password on my wordpress site, using the phpMyAdmin. I believe that was successful. The last instruction is: “Test the new password on the login screen”. The trouble is, I didn’t build the site, and have never used wordpress. I don’t know where my login screen is, or how to use it. I do know the login name and password though, and I have access to the email.
