• When I update QuickPage/Post Redirect to 5.1.3 my SQL server quickly becomes overloaded, processing at 300%-400%. As soon as I roll back to 5.1.2 the SQL server load drops down to 3%-5%. 5.1.3 has been tested against the twenty-fifteen default theme with the same results. All other installed plugins have been deactivated with no change to the SQL server load.

  • We are working on a fix to this – it should be fixed in the next day or two so look for version 5.1.4 when you update.

    Version 5.1.4 is now available.
Please let me know if you have any issues.

I think the problem still persist under Version 5.1.5. My SQL server got overload, stop working and throw a 500 error until i revert the plugin back to 5.1.2

Thanks for the update – I marked this as unresolved again.

Let me look into this further. The latest plugin has a drastically less resource-intense query to grab the Redirects. Maybe there is more at play here than just the query.

Can you send me (to [email protected]) a list of plugins you have installed and the theme you are using? Also, an estimate of how many redirects you have (Quick and Individual), and an estimate of how many posts & pages you have in total.

    Thanks!
    Warmest regards,
    Don
