• Sorry if this is too much of a newbie question, but..well, I am a newbie! LOL!

The front page of my site is not a static page. So, if I understand Plugin Organizer correctly, if I wanted to deactivate alot of plugins from loading there, I would need to create a filter for the site URL (like http://www.mysitename.com), select which plugins to turn off and then turn off the fuzy URL matching so that is NOT applied any other place on the site other than the front/home page. Is this correct?

    Thanks!

    Yes that should work.

What if you want to do this but need fuzzy url matching for my forum pages where there new urls on every new post?

So I want to be able to turn off plugins on frontpage only but I cannot turn off fuzzy url matching side wide as I need it on /forum/subpages

If you don’t select “Also affect children” for the filter that applies to your front page it will only affect the front page.
