    Hi again,

    This is my second question here, thanks again for the help before.

    First I want to say the chatbot plugin is really good. I’m using this chatbot for WordPress with Gemini and now my chatbot answers are almost free, before with OpenAI I was paying much more.

    Just a small suggestion for the chatbot interface. I saw in another website chatbot plugin they have quick question buttons above the chat input. For example:

    What services do you offer?

    What are your prices?

    How can I contact you?

    When the user clicks the button it sends the message to the AI chatbot automatically. I think this could help people start using the chatbot faster without typing.

    Just an idea, the chatbot plugin is already very nice 👍

    Thanks for the suggestion and for the kind words about the chatbot plugin. I’m glad to hear it’s working well for you with Gemini.

    The idea of adding quick question buttons for the chatbot interface is interesting. I’ve noted it and it could be something to consider for a future update of the WordPress chatbot.

    Hi,

    Just a quick update — this feature has now been added in the latest version of the chatbot plugin.

    You can configure the Quick Question buttons in AxiaChat AI → Bots → Widget → Quick Questions. There you can add the buttons and define the message each one sends to the AI chat automatically when clicked.

    This helps users start interacting with the chatbot faster without typing.
