quick question/mulit rating free problem

i am a having problem, the rating form does not display on my custom post types, but it does display on a regular post..

i am currently using the free version to see if this works with my custom post type, if it does i will purchase the pro immediately

or did i need to purchase the pro for it to work with my custom post types

someone please help me out i have been trying to find an answer for hours now
