    I have the paid version of this plugin.

    There are two things.

    1) My abandon cart emails go straight to junk / spam

    2) When people add the products to cart the message to add their email doesnt pop up?

    Ideas?

    If you emails are going to spam, then it is an email issue. If you are on shared hosting and using your hosts email that could be the issue, I have also seen it when you use a gmail / hotmail / yahoo address on your site and there is a domain mismath.
