• I had an issue when trying to purchase credits and had to contact support – this was on a Sunday but they got back to me first thing Monday morning and sorted the issue straightaway. The customer support that a company offers is really important to me as it is when things go wrong that makes me lose confidence in the product/service if there is no response or way to sort things out. I’m really happy with SP and also am really happy with the quick way that the product works at optimising images too!
