    Does this plugin sync with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? If so, please note that we use a remote server to host our desktop version.

    Hello

    This plugin just adds new order to >WooCommerce>Orders.

    You have to install another plugin to sync orders with Quickbooks.
    I’ve never worked with this system, so I can’t reply to your question correctly.

    But you can install our plugin(free version) and this free plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/quickbooks-sync-for-woocommerce/ and test orders syncing .
