Quicktime video in sidebar

Hello,

I have a video with a .mov file extension. I’d like to place it in the sidebar of my home page.

Is there a plug-in that will allow me to do this? I have the Viper Video plugin but I’m not sure how to use it in the sidebar vs. the page.
