Quit membership

    Hi!

    is there a way how users can quit the membership? So, without manual actions of admins.
    And, will its membership end immediately or at a specific date(for example, if the user paid for a whole month)?

    Hi jnighty,

    There’s no way for a user to deactivate their front-end account themselves. If you have it set up for a recurring payment membership (i.e. monthly, yearly, etc.) and a payment doesn’t go through, then that user will be automatically marked as “No” for “Membership Fees Paid”. A user can also go straight into their PayPal account and stop the recurring payment/subscription themselves, if they want.
