    Hello!

I’m getting this error when a user press the Take Quiz button:

“You cannot access quizzes directly. Please return to the associated lesson and start the quiz from there.”

As far as I can describe this error, seems to be an error with the button itself or how it’s displayed the layout or maybe the LaunchPad theme, that’s because when the button it’s hovered it’s pointing to the Main Course page, and actually the text description of the lesson makes the same thing. When the text it’s hovered and clicked sends back to the Main Course page, but the Take Quiz send to a link like this:
    http://condemneddog.wpsandbox.pro/llms_quiz/quiz01/?attempt_key=Mjg1OHwxOTI0fDE
And the error message is displayed in a red notification with no other information.

The user is correctly enrolled, the settings of the quiz are the same has described in the tutorial:
    https://lifterlms.com/docs/create-quiz-lifterlms/

The only changes I’ve made are with the appearance settings of LaunchPad, everything else is set as default.

If everything else fails, could it be an error of a php setting or nginx?

    Thank you!

  • @karimnyu,

It does sound like there’s an issue here but I’m really not certain how to go about debugging this with you. If you’re using the LaunchPad theme you have access to premium ticketing support and we can exchange credentials to help debug this issue further. Can you head over to https://lifterlms.com/my-account/my-tickets an open a new ticket for this issue and we can help you straight away.

    Thanks,
