Hello @majlo345,
Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for reaching out to us.
To allow visitors to be able to submit multiple answers, you will first need to set the Quiz >> Behaviour >> Results >> Display Method to “On Submission” As shown in the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/rjsFALZa52cI
I reckon you’ve done it already.
When I click on this link, I do not see the option to allow multiple answers. I am able to select only one answer despite the fact that I set more correct answers.
I am afraid there isn’t any link added to your description of the issue, hence I am not sure when you mentioned “this link”; However, please allow me to explain a bit further if I am understanding the issue correctly.
The Behaviour >> Display Method doesn’t have any other option apart from setting the Display Method to “On Submission” to allow visitors to submit multiple answers.
To allow multiple answers, you will need to select the actual answers to your question as shown in the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/Ra8Sh7NzRSgo
In case you’ve already set the options as mentioned above, for both the “On Submission” as well as “Set Multiple Correct Answers” to your questions, the visitors should be able to select both answers without any issues. If that is not working as expected, and the visitors are unable to select more than one checkbox, could you please clear all the caches and check if that helps? Also, you can open the quiz on a Private/Incognito mode on the browser and check if works as expected.
If that does not help, please export the quiz and share it with us so that we can import it on our lab site and make further checks.
Here is how you can export the Quiz:
– Navigate to the “Forminator -> Quizzes” page in your site’s back-end
– click on a little “gear” icon next to the Quiz in question
– select “Export” option
– copy given export code and paste it at https://pastebin.com
– include link to that paste in your response below.
Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway.
Kind Regards,
Saurabh
