    I have a couple of quizzes on a site. In one of them, after attempting the quiz, the ‘Retry’ option doesn’t appear—instead, it shows ‘Start’. Another issue is that the quiz exits midway while attempting it. Hope you will respond as quickly as possible

    Thank you for reaching out. Please try the following steps:

    1. Disable any caching plugins or server-side cache (including object caching like Redis or Varnish) and check if the issue still occurs.
    2. If the problem persists, check for plugin conflicts by deactivating other plugins temporarily and re-testing the quiz behavior.

    These issues are often caused by caching or conflicting scripts from other plugins.

    Thank you but we haven’t used any cache plugin in that site

    Hey @aryamol123,

    Thanks for the update. In that case, please make sure you’re logged in as a student while testing the quiz behavior. Additionally, you can check inside your database tables wp_tutor_quiz_attempts and check if there is any “null” value inside the columns.

    If the issue still persists even when logged in as a student, please let me know so we can investigate further.
