Quiz Resetting Buggy

The members who are going through the lessons have reported that upon taking a quiz multiple times and resetting they get a smaller percentage each time. By the time I go to reset them manually sometimes the systems states that they haven’t even taken the quiz. When they’ve told me they’ve taken it multiple times. Sometimes it won’t show their most recent answers. I think that the quizzes aren’t resetting properly and that the member’s answers are mixed together from previous takes. At first I thought it was from them retaking the quiz so often in a matter of minutes but a member state that she retook the quiz with hours in between.

I have often instructed users to log out and log back in before retaking the quiz after I manually reset them (which doesn’t always take when I do so)
