In the new quiz, when the answers are correct, the Earned Marks obtained (0%) and the result is always Fail.
This only happens in the courses I created after the tutor lms update, while the old courses work properly.

I found the issue: when the score is a decimal, such as 0.2, it doesn’t calculate the result.
Note that it used to work fine before the tutor lms update
