I want to mention that our Dev Team needs further information to investigate this case.

Please let us know your Quiz Maker version.
Also let us know the format you are trying to download with. And is it individual quiz, all quizzes or detailed report?
Please provide us also with a screenshot where we can see the issue (an error message if there is such).

Also, as you are using the Pro version of the plugin, please contact us via this form for further investigation of the case.
Our Support Specialists are ready to help you fix the issue.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

Dear Quiz Maker Team,

Thanks for your quick response.

We are currently using Version 31.8.2 .
We tried downloading the report in CSV format. The issue occurs when we attempt to download detailed report of results.

Attaching the screenshot below for your reference, where the error message is visible.

Kindly check and guide us further.

Its load last 48 hours but not generat csv file plz check and revert ASAP
