Currently this isn’t possible, I’m afraid.
There can only be one pre-defined “right” and one pre-defined “wrong” message, which you can configure in “Behavior” settings of the quiz.
To be able to show detailed, individual responses you would need to use a regular form as a workaround.
You could then
– use fields of “checkbox” type for your “quiz questions and answers”
– and under each one add two “HTML” type fields with your custom text – one for correct and one for incorrect response
– then use visibility conditions to show one or another depending on the choice made in the checkbox field.
