Quiz Start button not working on mobile

    I have used the Quiz Maker plugin. Yesterday it’s start button worked but today it is not working on mobile. Google Chrome shows the flash plugin is blocked on mobile view. So please resolve this issue asap.

    Hi @knowledgegallery ,

    Thank you for the topic.
    There is no any kind of Flash code in the Quiz Maker plugin.
    The cause of the problem is the Minify Javascript feature of the W3Totalcache plugin.
    There are several JS console errors from other plugins or theme, which break the Quiz functionality.

    Please disable it, clear cache and try again.

    But, now I have disabled W3Totalcache and it is still not working on mobile. So please check and resolve the issue.

    Now, there is a Javascript error in Owl Carousel WP
    plugins/owl-carousel-wp/vendors/owl-carousel/owl.carousel.min.js

    Please disable it for a moment and try again.

    Thanks, now it is working. But, when I enable owl-carousel again, it is not working. So is there any alternative to owl-carousel which I can use because it is very important for my website and also tell is it now safe to use w3cache plugin or we should use an alternative for that. Please reply asap.

    I am glad to hear that it is working now.

    I think you need to contact Owl carousel plugin developer for resolving their issue.
    We recommend just to disable minifying JS all files option, for using it you need to have a website with ideal code without any issue.
