Hello, we’ve started to receive error messages on daily backup, which occurs due to DISK QUOTA EXCEEDED. However, we have plenty of space on our Dropbox, so this cannot be the reason for the issue. Regardless, we tried to remove some older back-up ZIP files from the Apps folder just in case – but no result.
I also tried to set up a new job as a test, but that new job also returns the same error.
Very strange, the plug-in has been working seamlessly for many months on our site. Could you please help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That means your website disk space has exceeded, to upload backup files to Dropbox, the backup file must exist on your website first, then after that, it got uploaded to Dropbox ^^
Please remove unused files to free up disk space then run the job again and you should good to go.

    I hope that help ^^

Hi, thank you very much for your reply. I have removed a 1MB file from our WordPress media library and run the BackWPup job again, and unfortunately it has returned the same error.

    What else can we do?

just remove 1MB of your web site isn’t enough, for example, if you want to create a 500MB backup file size and upload it to Dropbox, your webserver need about 1Gb of free disk space ^^

But we have very few images on our website, and we haven’t been adding much between the time Back WPup was working seamlessly and now that we are receiving an error.

I’ve looked at data at the host provider and we have 2071 MB available, of which we are using 1177 MB. We’ve not had any large changes prior to the Back WPup error. It is a completely strange error and I do not know how to act on it.

So are you sure this is where the issue lies?
