    I am testing out my shop, and I am now running into some issues.

    For context, my site theme is Neve, and all plug ins and themes are up to date. I am using Elex 2.3.7

    Customizing Quote Form – Form Field Settings

    1. I have 2 fields that are the same, but the delete icon is greyed out. I can edit, but after saving changes, the edits return back to what it was before I edited. I am unable to delete.
    2. I added a new field and accidentally moved it before editing. As a result, there is now no edit button ,and the delete icon is greyed out.
    3. I cleared my internet cache, and the issue is still there

    Quote List Submission

    After pressing send request, I get redirected to a page that says it does not exist. However, it is set to direct to quote received page. I have checked the URL on the Form Submit Actions, and it is correct. I also checked that it is active on my pages, and it is also fine.

    After Quote Received Page

    I’m wondering how quickly we should be alerted to receipt of a submission. Will we be able to test this in staging? If there is nothing received, what are our next steps?

    Hiding Pages From Site Search

    I understand to use your plug in, the pages “Quote List” and “Quote Received” needed to be published, and is therefore public. However, it shows up on search results if someone were to perform a word search using the search feature. How can I hide these pages from being searched on our website?

    Thanks for reaching out. We’ve reviewed each of the concerns you’ve mentioned—please find our responses and suggestions below:

    1. Quote Form – Form Field Settings

    If you’re unable to delete or edit certain form fields—especially after adding and dragging new ones—please try performing a theme and plugin compatibility test. You can do this by deactivating third-party plugins one by one and switching to the default WooCommerce theme. Once done, attempt to modify the fields again.

    1. “Send Request” Redirect Leads to a Missing Page

    This issue may be caused by permalink settings or page misconfiguration. Please try the following:

    Go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes to refresh your site’s URL structure.

    Ensure the correct page is assigned for the quote form.

    Also, check the redirection URL configured in the quote form settings. If an incorrect link is saved, please update it accordingly.

    1. Quote Submission Email Notification

    The admin should receive a notification email immediately after a quote is submitted. Please note:

    Our plugin does not include built-in SMTP functionality, so outgoing emails depend on your site’s SMTP configuration.

    If you’re using an SMTP plugin, please check the outgoing email logs. If the admin quote notification is listed there but not received, it may indicate a server-level issue with outgoing emails from your site.

    1. Hiding “Quote List” and “Quote Received” Pages

    These pages are created as standard WordPress pages and may appear in your site’s theme menu by default. If you’d like to hide them:

    Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.

    Locate the “Quote List” and “Quote Received” pages.

    Click the down arrow next to each menu item, then select Remove and click Save Menu.

    These pages will still function and remain accessible via their direct URLs but will no longer appear in your site’s menu. However, our plugin is not hiding the pages from the search results as it is a theme feature. I recommend contacting your theme developer for hiding any pages from the search results.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response, and help.

    I still haven’t been able to solve the Quote Form field settings issue. I have tried as you suggested. I also tried to deactivate and delete the plug in, and then reinstall it. However, the data was not wiped. Is it possible to wipe the data for me to re-install?
