Quote post format suddenly not working?

I don’t know if I’m putting this in the right place. I haven’t posted on the forums here before, though I’ve read through them for support a number of times.

Anyways, on my blog (Sunshine and Dinosaurs) I was sharing quotes a few times a week using the quote post format. Today I went to add another one and it just doesn’t work. It lets me put in all the information, but after I click “publish”, it all disappears without a trace.

I tried clearing my cache, shutting down my browser, logging out and back in again… nothing has been changed as far as coding goes since the day I started this blog.
