Radio button overlapping with caption

Hi,

Thanks for such a fantastic plugin! The only issue, I am experiencing when I am trying to use the radio button field, the radio buttons are overlapping with the caption.

Alternatively, I was trying to use the dropdown box and for some reason, two dropdown boxes appearing instead of one.
