radio buttons offset from text, css question

Using the Contact Form in Slim Jetpack, I set up a form with a set of radio buttons. The form is normal except that the buttons are on one line and the text for the button is indented on the next line.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? I don’t see anything in the CSS for radio buttons. Thanks.
