Radio Buttons with free_text enabled missing data

Hello,

I have an 8 page form and on most pages have radio buttons with free_text option enabled. Like so [checkbox your-country free_text “China” “India” “Other”]. Free_text adds a text input field to the last radio button. In this case “Other” and when submitted appends the input data. For example if the user types “San Marino” into the input, [your-country] would output “Other – San Marino”.

When the multipage form email is sent, the radio buttons are not including the free_text input data. With the exception of any radio buttons that happened to be on the last page of the form.
