Radio/Check Box Issue

    I keep getting and Undefined red error when trying to save my form witha radiobox, ive already used it in another section of my form but at the last section it will not save unless i remove the last radiobox, instead of a green success bar i get a red undefined bar

    Just to update, in the course of debugging, we have found the issue to be with the number of options or texts the form can hold, as we had 4 country selection drop downs already, the issue was fixed by remove some options. This needs to be fixed

    The issue turned out to be how many options it could hold, as we had 4 existing drop downs of list of countries it took up most of its capacity of options and would cause an error making more check box/ radio option.
