I am using the orderby=”rand” parameter on all of those pages, and I have cleared the cache several times. It’s still an issue.
Hello
Please don’t copy shortcode write manually or change double quote(“”) manually after copy because some time copied quote not working.
Please check this parameter the WordPress default theme because we have checked our side this parameter and working perfectly.
Your problem still now please join our live chat.
Thanks
As I mentioned in my first post, I checked the quotation marks in the shortcode initially before entering this ticket. That has been double-checked and is not the issue. It’s still not working for me.
Hello,
We have checked our plugin it’s working fine, Maybe in your site any plugin or theme causing an issue.
Please add this [sp_testimonials orderby="rand"] shortcode in new fresh page and share URL.
Thanks
I have done this several times, and still no change.
I am using Elementor’s shortcode widget which is text based, so there is no possible error with a double-quote. Plus I’ve retyped it several times.
I’ve also noticed that the random element of the plugin works when I am logged into WordPress, but not when I am logged out as a site visitor would be, including forced refreshes. This is for both Safari and Chrome on a mac. Given the number of times that this issue has been reported already, perhaps you’re not testing the plugin in a live environment?
Hello,
We have already checked with Elementor in the live environment, it’s working fine.
Now we need to check you site backend please join our site live chat.
Our technical team will check and help you.
