rand not random

    Hi

    Been using this for years, love it. Why does order_by rand not randomise. My site always shows the same testimonials ordered from earliest to latest.

    Random slides would be awesome

    Hello

    Please using shortcode our parameter orderby.
    EX :- [sp_testimonials_slider orderby="rand"].

    Note: – Please do not copy and paste shortcode directly, try to type manually because sometimes it contains some special characters in copy paste.

    I am using order_by. This is my shortcode

    [sp_testimonials_slider design=”design-15″ category=”6″ dots=”false” arrows=”false” autoplay=”true” autoplay_interval=”8000″ orderby=”rand”]

    It shows the slides from earliest to last, always in the same order.

    Hello,

    Please don’t copy shortcode write manually or change double quote(“”) manually after copy because some time copied quote not working.

    [sp_testimonials_slider design="design-15" category="6" dots="false" arrows="false" autoplay="true" autoplay_interval="8000" orderby="rand"]

    If not solve the issue using the above solution then can create the ticket on our site (my account) so our team will check and let you know proper solution.
