Random 404 errors

Hi,

We have forms on our website to take in requests for information. Once filled out, the page is supposed to redirect to a “Thank You” page.

We are using the latest Contact Form 7, along with your Redirection for Contact Form 7 plugin to redirect the page upon form completion. It has worked perfectly until yesterday.

After updating to the latest version of Avada, and the latest versions of CF7 and your plugin, we now get random 404 errors upon form submission.

Sometimes it goes to the thank you page, and sometimes it goes to the 404 page.

We have several forms, and they all randomly do this now.

Any help is appreciated.
