Random 404 on translated courses.

    Hi,

    All of the secondary language courses are giving random 404 error.
    If i keep on refreshing the page, It load the page successfully sometimes but mostly giving 404 error and same is for the lessons.

    I checked and resaved the permalinks, theme and plugins are all updated. updated the wordpress to 6.1 but the problem is still there. Can you please tell me how can i fix it?

    I checked the link that you provided in the topic
    and discovered that you have maintenance mode set, which makes it impossible to view the content of the website:

    Please temporarily deactivate this mode in order to view content and courses.

    As for this case, no such issues were found from the side of the MasterStudy LMS plugin. In this case, if the reason was in the plugin code, then the courses would always give an error, however, since you said that this issue occurs from time to time, then most likely the reason is in the server and request processing. Please contact your Host Support for clarification.

    Thank you so much for getting back to me.

    This issue is not related to the hosting. here is the reason why:

    I switched to twenty twenty theme and everything work fine. The courses are loading fine, lessons are loading fine. But as soon as i switch back to MasterStudy LMS theme…all the courses give 404 error. 10 out of 1 time the request is processed ok but 9 times it shows 404 error.

    I had the paid theme support but It turns out it has no use for me because the response time here and for the paid support is same.

    I can provide you login information if you guys offer secure form here. And you can check what is wrong with the website.

    in last 7 days I checked every ticket related to 404 on this forum and tried all of those things but nothing is working except changing the theme to wordpress default.

    I am going to turn off the maintenance mode for now.

    Hello @noumannaseer,

    It is not allowed to share site credentials due to forum rules, because they are not private.

    We checked your ticket history in our support platform and found your site credentials. If you have a backup, with your permission we can check the courses and WPML settings.
