Random Bullets Now Appearing

Site in development.. has been working perfectly during all development, but last week, the tab started displaying bullets for the menu items, while collapsed. We don’t want bullets open or collapsed… don’t know how or why this got activated and cannot find where how to remove. Thanks for any assistance.
