    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with updating your feed.

    Usually this indicates an issue with your WP-cron causing the feeds not to update properly.

    You could either try the following:

    • Remove the plugin and re-install it. This will reset all cron events. Downside is that you might lose your previously configured feeds
    • You could also try to increase the batch size of the plugin to a number higher than the amount of products you have so the plugin can process all products in one batch and becomes less dependant of the WP-cron. See: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
