Random failure with Microsoft API – error 423 – message Unauthorized

    I have the same issue as Office 365 API Error: Random 423 Unauthorized | ww.wp.xz.cn

    It works well, but about 3% of the emails randomly fail with this error. When I resend them it works well. How can I solve this issue?

    I’ve worked with other plugins for years and never had this issue before. Hopefully we can solve it as I’d love this plugin.

    Hello @frankoutsole,

    We did not hear any such information from our client. If the emails are failed due to connection issues, all of the email will failed. This could be a site-specific issue. Can you please reconfigure the connection and see if the issue still persists? In addition, can you please check if emails from a specific plugin is failing?
