Random File from Drive Folder

Would it be possible to use this plugin (perhaps in concert with another plugin) to set up a system where a WP page gets its full-screen background image from a particular folder on a connected Drive account — and a group of people who have access to that account could add files to drive in order to have them included in the rotation?
