So you have 2 options:
a) Find someone who can support you personally with this problem. You can find someone like this here, for example: https://jobs.wordpress.net/
b) Look for another theme. There are thousands of free themes with which you can easily recreate the current view.

Note because of my comment above: Questions about commercial products are not allowed in the forum here. Among other things, because nobody here has these products and therefore nobody can take a look at the source code.
