random not repeated

    I have 6 AD in a group; in widget I have:
    [dfads params=’groups=13&limit=1′]
    orderby random;
    it repeats several times the same AD and not changes to another immediately, but sometimes after a while;
    If orderby is different from random, it gives me always the same AD (i suppose this is as expected because limit=1)

    Hi,

    The randomness is generated by MySQL’s RAND() function. Maybe your database is caching results.
