Random posts with images plugin

I’m looking for a plugin that will feature random posts on my sidebar. Since my blog is an art blog, It’d be awesome if it showed the first image of the post and the title leads to the post.

So far I’ve only found plugins that only feature the post title and redirect to the post. Advanced Random Posts Widget, even when I tick the show thumbnails option, no image is shown.

What alternatives (free or paid) can I try?
