Random questions don’t work

    I have the random questions option selected based on the question bank and it always shows the same questions in the same order.

    Dear @fdl2020,

    Thank you for the topic.

    Please provide us with the information on whether you have a cache plugin or not.

    If yes, then, please clear all the caches and check the case again. Make sure the cache is excluded on the page, where the given quiz is located.
    After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

    Hello, thank you very much for the response.
    Yes, I have a cache plugin and after clearing it it showed other questions but now they always show those.
    I don’t have a single page where the test is displayed, since I use the shortcode on different pages, so I don’t know if it is possible to exclude them.

    Thank you for your response.

    I would like to note that unfortunately, that option doesn’t work with the cache.
    There is a note for that in the tooltip.

    The only solution is to exclude the links that have a quiz from the cache plugin.

    Sorry, it’s not clear to me with the screenshot. Should that option be checked or not?
    Okay, I think the easiest thing is to modify the website and only put the questionnaire on one page to exclude the cache only on that page.

    If you mean the randomization option, then, yes, you need to activate it.

    You can put the quiz on a separate page, where the cache is excluded and after that check the case again.
