Random Rotate

Is there any way to randomly open on a different page? I have images over 5 pages and would like it to be random

also i have successfully added the next gen voting – which is working fantastic.

It looks great on chrome showing over 4 columns as i set but in explorer it is only showing over 2 columns. I ahve tried playing with the css but no luck any ideas??
