• For about a month, I’ve been getting emails from clients receiving limited access errors.

    I have a screenshot that I could attach if that was possible.

    Error code Reason: Post received with blank user-agent and referer.

    The first thing I did inside Wordfence was UNCHECK the box that refers to this very error. That didn’t help.

    Then I deactivated the plugin. That didn’t help.

    Now my host has completely removed the plugin folder away from the entire site. I’m still getting emails from people reporting the same error.

    How is this possible?? I need to completely remove whatever folder, settings or bits of code that Wordfence has dumped into my WordPress installation. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this?

    A fix would also be great too. Before removing the plugin, I ran all the updates. This error seems to have started popping up about 3 Wordfence updates ago.
