Do you have the “Randomize related posts” checkbox checked?
Are you using the persistent cache?
Or one of the filters in your functions.php file?

This option is not well translated to spanish. It says ‘Do not show related posts’ instead of ‘Randomize’
I am using WP Super Cache, but I want related posts change when some reader reload page and posts showed are the posts that user has not read yet.

Check if de-activating WP Super Cache or flushing the cache will update the related posts randomly.
If you have a better translation for that sentence I would appreciate it.

Ok. It randomizes if I delete cache.
The correct translation to spanish language is: “Aleatorizar entradas relacionadas” instead of “Sin Entradas Relacionadas”.
With the actual translation you are saying: “No show related posts”, :O and we want just the opposite 😉
