    You should be able to edit line 379 which looks like this.

    $the_query = $posts_query.$cat_query.'&paged='.$paged;

    And replace it with this

    $the_query = $posts_query.$cat_query.'&paged='.$paged.'&orderby=rand';

    Keep a note of what you modify in the plugin because these changes will be overwritten once you update the plugin.
