Number Field: Range – Display Text after a specific value

    Hello,

    i want to display a text in Range field after a specific value. For example: my range field is 0(min) to 5(max). When 0-3 its FAIL ( display FAIL text by default) when 4-5 its PASS (display PASS text)

    Any way how can i proceed?
