RankMath Pro issue

    Hi, I have am currently using members and have an issue with admin menu items and pages showing.

    I have disabled all plugins and double-checked my user-level permissions that available items are selected for the role.

    Two items I have an issue with.

    1. Schema Templates – this links to a You do not have permission screen
    2. Analytics – menu item does not show and cannot manually navigate to the page as it has same error as above.

    Hi @transcom

    It looks like RankMath has its own Role Manager. Could you double-check the permissions there?

    Yep I have all options selected in that role manager.

    Not sure if this helps but if disable a permission in the RankMath Role Manger it also gets disabled in the Members settings.

    ​I apologize for the delay in response.

    From what we can see in Rank Math, they check for admin capabilities, such as manage_options and activate_plugins. As the next step, I’d temporarily grant these capabilities to the role, and see if that helps. If so, those capabilities are required to access those pages.

    Both those settings are Granted for that role. This role actually has all capabilities granted.

    Do you have manage_options capability selected for this role in the Roles section? If you do, and you still don’t have access to this plugin, I would check with Rank Math support which capabilities are required for accessing it.
