Rate limiting?

    Love the plugin, have used it for years.

    I’ve read a forum reply by you on another topic which states the plugin handles rate limiting. I have a client who is having issues getting the downloads to send, and they have mentioned they were repeatedly trying over several days to get it to work. I’m wondering if there’s a connection here.

    What are the rate limits applied, and would it block a user permanently?

    Great to hear you love our plugin, thank you!

    Does your client see any errors in the browser console after submitting the form? The current rate limit is set to a maximum of 5 submissions every 60 seconds. If this limit is exceeded, the following message will be displayed: ‘Too many requests. Please try again later.’. A user will not be blocked permanently.
