Rating error

Hi,
we are experiencing problems with the cache. When a user tries to rate a post, an error message is displayed. But if we clear site cache the problem is gone.
We have WP Rocket installed in our site and the cache lifetime has been decreased to 12 hours, as a user suggested in a previous topic. Nevertheless, we still face the same problem; is WP Rocket compatible with WP Post Ratings? is there anything we can do to fix this problem?
Any help would be very appreciated.
